I had my fair share of sleep paralysis experiences often with out-of-body etc.

The shadow figures are real, so is their grip.
I have many experiences, but two are particular.
I even stopped sleeping in my bed for many many years and preferred the floor...

You know how you could always feel the entities or experience about to take place, a strange stillness with the feeling of an Incoming presence, and then it latches on to you from behind, drags you in a figure 8 across the floor and just as your about to break free 👇🏻

You get tossed straight up through the ceiling and out the window in room above.
When that happens I noticed my father watching TV in a certain position, and out his window I could see a squirrel on a hydro wire 3 houses out.
Just as I noticed these things, BAM 💥
I wake up👇🏻

Only to go upstairs and see my father in the exact position and squirrel 3 houses over exactly as I saw.

These experiences was always creepy and demonic, up until one day as it started to happen and the dark figure swirled in from the ceiling, I told myself “FUCK IT”
👇🏻

And stuck my hand out and told it “Do what you gotta do asshole”

From that point on, the experiences happens seldom, but when they did I was actually able to control the energy and situation some.

Strangest thing.
