Prophecy or Playbook? Either Way, you’re lost

Whether the Bible is a divine prophecy or a carefully orchestrated playbook, one thing is clear—most people are lost in the confusion.

Take Mark 13:22:

“For false Christs and false prophets shall rise, and shall show signs and wonders, to seduce, if it were possible, even the elect.”

Many misinterpret elect to mean politicians or leaders, giving the illusion that some elected officials might actually be “good” and that we have a real political path to redemption. But elect refers to God’s chosen—not worldly rulers. That alone is enough to blur the lines between spiritual truth and political hope.

Then there’s the issue of Bible translations:

Isaiah 14:12 (KJB):
“How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning!”

Isaiah 14:12 (NIV):
“How you have fallen from heaven, morning star, son of the dawn!”

Now compare that to Revelation 22:16:
“I, Jesus, have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.”

See the problem? The NIV translation swaps out Lucifer for morning star, a title used for Christ. If you’re not paying attention, you could mistake Lucifer for Jesus. And remember, the devil wants nothing more than to replace God.

These two misalignments alone—political vs. spiritual elect, and the blurring of Lucifer and Christ—are enough to bury your faith in contradictions.

If the text itself can be altered to shape perception, how much of what we’ve been taught is deliberate misdirection? And if it wasn’t altered intentionally, how much has been lost just through translation alone? Words shift in meaning over centuries, shaped by cultural influence—and guess who controls pop culture?

If they can rewrite the Bible, they can rewrite anything.
If they can’t, they can pervert culture and change the lens with which we understand words and meanings.

Stay sharp, question everything, and don’t let them twist truth into illusion.
