‘Aryan Chess vs. Jewish Chess’ (I)
-Alexander Alekhine (1892-1946), world chess champion 1927-1935 and 1937-1946, with an aggressive and combinative style.
Alekhine was a Russian Aryan aristocrat, notoriously anti-Jewish and a sympathizer of National Socialism.
In his 1941 article in Paris in the Pariser Zeitung, he clarifies that the Jewish way of playing chess is characterized by opportunism, defense at all costs and material gain at all costs. In contrast, he saw Aryan chess as aggressive, claiming that defense was only valid after a mistake. In contrast, Jewish chess values pure defense, such as the "overprotection" theory of the Jew Aaron Nimzowitch. The beginning of the 20th century is seen as an era of decline chess, dominated by the Viennese school (founded by the Jew Max Weiss) focused on not losing.
After WWII, he was excluded from everything and persecuted until he was poisoned on 24-03-1946 in front of a chess board in Estoril, Portugal.
