Foreign Secretary should hold those #attackers, including Consul General Zheng Xiyuan, to account and ask them to bear legal and diplomatic #responsibilities, and consider closing the Consulate General of People's Republic of China in Manchester in order to stop the CCP’s #surveillance and #espionage activities against political #dissidents in the UK.
