曾經擔任香港區議員及立法會議員多年嘅李永達，喺香港英中主權移交前後擔任唔少重要角色，係香港民主派嘅創黨元老之一，縱橫香港政壇數十載。

《港區國安法》肆虐之下，李永達離開香港前赴英國， 不久前辭去香港民主黨嘅所有重要職務， 展開佢英國嘅生活。佢從過往香港民主運動嘅歷史、奮鬥同挫敗當中，

• 對流散在外（英國）的港人寄予何種期望？
• 對香港民主運動嘅國際線新篇章有何想像？
