「生涯規劃職業輔導諮詢計劃」
20 Week Career Development Mentoring Scheme

不少剛到步英國的家庭，子女面對升學上的困難，可能未能即時被派到學位，在學校裡遇上語言上的障礙，剛畢業的年輕人則面對待業的情況，在新的環境未能尋回夢想，缺乏上移動力。

New Creation 現推出為在英國的新移民及少數族裔子女而設的輔導計劃，協助融入本地文化及學習環境，提升將來就業機會。計劃主要協助十六歲以上中學生，大學本科生，研究生及畢業生，

所涵蓋的主題包括：學術支援，求職攻略，情緒輔導，壓力管理，解難技巧，職業導向，領導能力，溝通技巧，時間管理等。

計劃結束後可獲頒發證書，表現良好的學員有機會獲得實習機會。課程由英國大專教學團隊設計及教授。

自從二〇二〇年七月份成立 Hongkongers in Britain 英國港僑協會 至今已有一年半載，從寥寥數人，到今天可以組建接近三十人的工作團隊，協調各地義工，成立倫敦市中心的辦公室， 這一切，只有資源不能如願，更需要戰略眼光，和堅強的抗爭心志。

我很高興向大家宣佈， 我很感謝來自英國政府及倫敦慈善基金的慷慨支持和撥款，可以加大規模，實現我們所預見的宏願和藍圖。能提供平台和機會，讓不少前區議員及政治人物能繼續從事相關工作，更有不少以往在社工界、高教界等翹楚加入，見到他們重拾鬥志，努力工作，着實令我感到榮幸和感動， 無悔義務投身於民主運動這份使命，至今兩年雖然拮据卻仍能續命至今， 且充滿能量。

當初，提出了「自救」（避風驛）、「自立」（英國港僑協會）、「自強」 （香港影子議會） 三個不同階段，又相互獨立的民主運動策略，單憑理念、熱誠，在毫無資源的情況下，為香港民主運動另闢蹊徑，落地社區， 聚焦議題，凝聚港人， 保留實力，抵抗統戰， 將香港融入英國及國際社會的建制， 重新建立已經破碎的制衡關係， 以此抵銷極權體制的擴張和侵害， 營造時機鋪平我們回鄉的道路， 終盼民主自由回港的一日，就是我們煲底重聚的一天。

你們或許有留意到，最近我並不多言， 比較少向大家交代最近的動向，主要還是因為忙碌於籌辦協會的工作，繼續為民主運動的前路和戰略苦苦思索，我當然希望有更多時間，可以讓我這多個月來的心路歷程，體會反思，能夠書寫下來作個記錄， 不過近來我做的比較多，寫得比較少，我想有這個機會，是否如願，就交給上天。

Since the establishment of Hongkongers in Britain in July 2020, it has been nearly two years. From a small team, today we can form a working team of nearly 30 colleagues with more volunteers from all over the country, and establish an office in central London. Only the resources can not fulfil all these, but also need a strategic vision, and a strong will to fight for all these.

I am delighted to announce that our organisation had received two major grants from the UK Government and Trust for London to scale up the vision and blueprint we have foreseen.

I am so grateful for this support from the government and the trust, It can help us to provide a better and sizable platform and opportunity for many exiled/ former district councillors and activists to continue their related works, many former community organisers in the social work, higher education and other fields have also joined. Seeing them regain their fighting spirit and work hard, I feel honoured and moved, and I have no regrets to devote myself to the mission of the pro-democracy movement. I have been able to survive after the struggle for two years, and I am full of energy.

At the beginning, I once proposed three stages of pro-democracy movement, namely "Self-Help" (Haven Assistance), "Self-Reliance" (Hongkongers in Britain), and "Self-Empowerment" (Hong Kong Shadow Parliament). In the absence of resources, we find a new way for the Hong Kong democracy movement, we build the community, we unite Hong Kong people, we retain strength, we resist the CCP's United Front work, we bring Hong Kong into the establishment of the UK and the international society, and we re-establish the broken relationship of checks and balances, so as to resist the the expansion and infringement of the totalitarian regimes, we create a new home while pave the way back to our hometown, and we hope that the day when democracy and freedom will return to Hong Kong.

You may have noticed that I haven’t written much recently, and I have seldom explained the latest developments to you, mainly because I am too busy with the work of organising the association and continue to think hard about the future and strategy of the democracy movement. Of course I wish more time for me to write it down and make a record, but recently I have done more and wrote less. I wish I have this opportunity.

「自由或使我們有所不同，但民主終使我們團結一致。

上週，在重光團隊 (SWHK) 的倡議下，匈牙利布達佩斯市長 Karácsony Gergely 同意 與 重光團隊 負責 『自由香港路』 倡議的成員會面，討論中共在歐洲的影響力。

出於禮節，很感謝他邀請我與其他幾位民主活動家，如 羅冠聰 和 攬炒巴・劉祖廸 一起了解不同政治光譜的流散港人社區活動。 市長已承諾讓香港人參與他未來的倡議。

在本次與布達佩斯市長的會上，我介紹了 『英國港僑協會』 的工作和發展，闡述在英港人社區的經濟潛力，推動跨國的港人與當地互動，發展人權、歷史、公民教育旅遊，以加強價值觀紐帶創造經濟產值，盼能為建設僑界市際外交作出嘗試，奠下基礎。

回顧去年底，我曾冒著 『港區國安法』 被通緝引渡的風險前訪捷克布拉格，曾保障我行程安全的眾議員 Jan Lipavský，不久後因國內選舉形勢而接任捷克外交部長，我衷心祝願流散港人與捷克的民主情誼將更加深厚，盼望這樣的勢頭能同樣延續到布達佩斯。」
