المدح والذم
- Praise: Saying good things about someone / something.
We use the verb ( نِعم) to express the praise .
We use the exclamation structure with adding an appropriate adjective that expresses praise .

E.g : what a good friend a book is !

- Slander: Saying bad things about someone / something that aren't true.

We use the verb ( بِئس ) to express the slander .
We use the exclamation Structure with an appropriate adjective that expresses slander.

E.g what a bad friend a hypocrite is !

We can use the verb ( حبذا ) for both Praise and Slander :

Examples:
(praise) How good is to be faithful !
حبذا الاخلاص .
(Slander) How bad is to be careless !
