Homeland Party activists joined with the people of Kegworth over the weekend to protest the use of the Yew Tree Hotel to house migrants.

We are the only party willing to stand with Kegworth on this issue, while their MP Andrew Bridgen and their local authority appear unwilling to help in any substantial way.

Our rivers are already some of the most polluted in Europe, but the Tories don't care. They need houses built to facilitate record migration levels.

As well as eight stabbings on Monday night, this year's Carnival of violence in Notting Hill included a police officer being sexually assaulted and six police officers being bitten.

Overall 275 people were arrested over the two day event.

No sensible government would allow this level of violence, but we have a typical Tory government: weak and unwilling to take action.

Today a group of our activists met up in Dundee to deliver 500 environmental leaflets.
