Changes:
- Gamescope/Power: Desktop session isn't persistent anymore (Rebooting device will result in switch back to gamescope)

To update: Run "Check for updates" in DeckUI or steamos-update check && steamos-update now

BIG UPDATE FOR BETA CHANNEL TODAY:

nvidia-dkms: Update to 515.48.07 for better performance

gamescope (may not release today): DRM rotation fixes for some devices

Those changes will be pushed to beta first for testing, and then released to stable channel after they are confirmed to be stable.
arch merged 515.48.07 nvidia packages, may add that today idk

Also, will release a stable snapshot today for someone who wants to opt-out from beta channel, as beta channel is going to be actively tested with new stuff, that may guaranteely break your installation

- Separate kernel and GPU update checks from entire -Syyu command
- Make update queries more accurate to show what actual packages need updates
- Run depmod and initcpio building after each system update

MESA: Update to 22.1
Vulkan (AMD/RADV/radeonsi): Update to 22.1
Vulkan (Intel/anv): Update to 22.1
util-linux: Update to 2.38 to align with Arch Linux 2022-05-xx+, and support more newer kernels
