nvidia-dkms: Update to 515.48.07 for better performance

gamescope (may not release today): DRM rotation fixes for some devices

Those changes will be pushed to beta first for testing, and then released to stable channel after they are confirmed to be stable.

gamescope for some reason dislikes 515.48.07, so currently not updating that. Snapshots reverted to snapshot_beta20220531.2207

arch merged 515.48.07 nvidia packages, may add that today idk

Also, might push MESA/Vulkan for Intel from Arch repo to work with newer gamescope

Also, will release a stable snapshot today for someone who wants to opt-out from beta channel, as beta channel is going to be actively tested with new stuff, that may guaranteely break your installation
