anyone running immutable build please send output of /var/overlays/etc/upper/group, i'm testing an approach where i could mount overlay for /etc/ before systemd actually starts to make sure that user-added services might run

Changes:
- Mount /etc overlay before systemd starts (will allow any fstab edits, custom systemd services to work)

Update via steamos-update or Steam GUI

(dev_nv equivalent update comes out a bit later)

(also ot: I noticed no one cares about nvidia no more since only one guy reported something so far)

The migration tool is ready and working, updated ISO will be built and uploaded soon

(this supports RW -> RO migration)
