I had to go to Philly for work and while planning my trip I realized KRS-One was playing while I am here. I actually motivated myself to go instead of going to sleep and man am I glad I did. KRS just completely destroyed tonight. He was so, so great. I’ve been listening to Boogie Down Productions since 1990 and for a bit there I would have even said they were my favorite group. I’d never seen KRS-One play before. So glad I finally have. He played all of the hits and did a lot of freestyling. If he plays anywhere near you go go go go go see him. #krsone #bdp #boogiedownproductions #undergroundarts #undergroundartsphilly
