Progressive maturity :

Growth & time are inseparable. With efficient methodologies, time factor can be shrunk, but never eliminated.

Mental development needs time. Maturity needs time. Personalities or organisations grow with time. There are no ambitious goals, only ambitious time frames.

Maturity & transformation are, and can only be progressive phenomena.

Developing a mind takes time. There is no way to cram this process. Nature doesn’t allow cramming.

You go against the natural laws at your own peril. Simply put, there is no elevator to the top, you’ve got take the steps.

As much as I say that there are no overnight buddhu to Buddha, I am also convinced that every one of us can progressively mature from buddhu to a Buddha.

Those who are busy fighting among each other will be defeated by someone who is an outsider.

His phone rang in church by accident during prayers.

The Pastor scolded him.

The worshippers admonished him after prayers for interrupting.

His wife kept on lecturing on his carelessness all the way home.

His co-vineyard workers shook their heads in disgust.

You could see the shame, embarrassment and humiliation on his face.

He never stepped foot in the church again.

That evening, he went to a bar.

He was still nervous and trembling.

He spilled his drink on the table, bottle falls by accident and it splashed on some people.

Those it touched rushed towards him. He closed his eyes expecting bashing of words or slaps.

Instead they cared to know if he didn’t get a cut from the broken bottle.

The waiter apologized and gave him a napkin to clean himself.

The janitor mopped the floor.

The female manager offered him a complimentary drink.

She also gave him a huge hug and a peck while saying, "Don't worry man. Who doesn't make mistakes?"

He has not stopped going to that bar since then.

#Lesson

Sometimes our attitude as believers drives souls to Hell.

You can make a difference by how you treat people especially when they make mistakes.

* IF you cannot be a bridge to connect people, then do not be a wall to separate them.

* IF you cannot be a light to brighten people's good deeds then do not be darkness covering their efforts.

* IF you cannot be water to help people's crops sprout, then do not be a pest destroying their crops.

* IF you cannot be a vaccine to give life, do not be a virus to terminate it.

* IF you cannot be a pencil to write anyone's happiness, then try to be a nice eraser to remove their sadness.

We can always be each others keeper, let us resolve to heal the world and make it a better place. Yes, we can.

"జీవితం నాకు రాజకీయంగా అపరిమితమైన ఉన్నత స్థానాన్ని ప్రసాదించటమే గాకుండా, నా పేరుతో పాటు అదొక పర్యాయపదంగా మారిపోయేట్టు చేసింది. కానీ, నేను గమనించిందేమంటే, జీవితంలో నా పని విషయంలో తప్ప, నేను ఆనందించిన క్షణాలంటూ మరేవీ లేవు. కేవలం నా రాజకీయ జీవితం మాత్రమే ఒక వాస్తవంగా మిగిలింది. ఈనాడు, మంచానికే పరిమితమైన స్థితిలో, నన్ను నేను పరిశీలించుకుంటే -- నా పలుకుబడి, నా సంపద కేవలం నా జీవితంలో మైలురాళ్లు మాదిరిగానే ఉన్నాయి.

మృత్యువుకి ఎదురుగా నిలబడిన ఈ క్షణంలో, అనుకోకుండా పెంచుకున్న అహం, అలసిపోయి క్షీణించిపోయింది. నాకిప్పుడు, అదొక (అహం) అర్ధంలేని విషయంగా తోస్తోంది. క్షణ క్షణానికి నన్ను చేరుకుంటున్న, పొంచిఉన్న మృత్యువు ముంగిట,

నా చుట్టూ ఉంచిన ప్రాణ రక్షణ పరికరాల మిణుకు మిణుక్కుమంటున్న ఆకుపచ్చని దీపాలని నేను చూస్తూ, అవి చేసే ఝూన్ కార శబ్ధాలని వింటూఉంటె, మృత్యువుకి నేను దగ్గరవుతున్నట్లుగా అనిపిస్తోంది.

ఈ క్షణంలో, జీవితంలో కీర్తి సంపదలు పోగుచేసుకోవడం కన్నా మించినవి ఎన్నో ఉన్నాయని నాకు అర్ధమయ్యింది. సమాజ సేవ, మనం అత్యంతగా ఇష్టపడే వ్యక్తులతో చక్కటి సంబంధ బాంధవ్యాలని కలిగి ఉండటం, వంటి విషయాలు ఎటువంటి పరిస్థితులలోను కోల్పోకూడదు అనిపిస్తోంది. నేను సంపాదించుకున్న రాజకీయ ఉన్నత స్థానాన్ని కానీ, నేను సంపాదించుకున్న సంపదలు కానీ, పేరు ప్రతిష్టలు గానీ, ఇవేవీ నాతో రావటంలేదని నాకర్ధమయ్యింది.

ఈ మంచం కేవలం నాకు మాత్రమే ప్రత్యేకం. ఎంతగా అంటే, మరెవ్వరూ కూడా దీన్ని నాతో బాటు ఉపయోగించటానికి సిద్ధంగా లేరు. నా చుట్టూ, పనివారు, డ్రైవర్లు, ఉద్యోగులూ, ఎంతోమంది నన్ను కంటికి రెప్పలా చూసుకోవటానికి ఉన్నారు, కానీ, వారెవ్వరు నా అనారోగ్యాన్ని పంచుకోలేరు. మనం పోగొట్టుకున్న వస్తువులు గాని, సంపద గాని, మరలా పొందే అవకాశం ఎప్పుడూ ఉంటుంది, ఒక్క గతించిన కాలం తప్ప.

జీవితంలో ఎన్నో విజయాల్ని మూటకట్టుకుని, ఉన్నత స్థానాల్ని చేరుకున్నా కూడా, ప్రతి ఒక్కరూ ఈ ‘ప్రపంచమనే నాటక శాల’ (థియేటర్) లో, “జీవితమనే నాటకం” యొక్క అంతిమ దృశ్యాల్ని చూసి తీరవలసిందే. కాబట్టి, మీకు నేను చెప్పే విషయమేమిటంటే, మొదటగా మీగురించి మీరు పట్టించుకోండి. తదుపరి మీ తోటి వారికి సహాయ సహకారాల్ని అందించండి. సంపాదించింది ఖర్చు చేయటం నేర్చుకోండి. మీ అనుభూతుల్ని మీ చుట్టూ ఉన్న వారితో పంచుకోండి.
