A recent federal case involves an Iraq-based commander in the Iran-linked terrorist group Kata’ib Hezbollah.

Mohammad Baqer Saad Dawood Al-Saadi (age 32) was arrested overseas around May 15, 2026, extradited to the U.S., and charged with terrorism-related offenses.

Court documents and intelligence sources say he posted social-media threats against Ivanka Trump, including vows to “burn down the house of Trump” in retaliation for the 2020 killing of Qasem Soleimani. He obtained a blueprint of her Florida home and boasted about targeting her.
