Anonymous 2020 Hotline Tip Alleges Rachel and Ray Chandler Recruited Minors for Epstein and Maxwell in NY Child Trafficking Scheme

According to the caller, the Chandlers recruited minor females for Jeffrey Epstein and his girlfriend Ghislaine Maxwell (referred to as "Epstein's girlfriend, Maxwell"). It is unclear how they recruited the minors or if they continue to do so, but they are believed to be in hiding at a redacted location.

The tip was forwarded to law enforcement entities including the Suffolk County Police Department Human Trafficking Investigations Unit, Kidnap Investigations Task Force, and FBI Child Exploitation Human Trafficking Task Force.
