We often talk of "captive audiences," regarding the performer as hypnotizing their viewers. But just as often, it's the viewers hypnotizing the performer. This disease, of which Perry is but one victim of many, is known as audience capture, and it's essential to understanding influencers in particular and the onlineecosystem in general.

Audience capture is an irresistible force in the world of influencing, because it's not just a conscious process but also an unconscious one. While it may ostensibly appear to be a simple case of influencers making a business decision to create more of the content they believe audiences want, and then being incentivized by engagement numbers to remain in this niche forever, it's actually deeper than that. It involves the gradual and unwitting replacement of a person's identity with one custom-made for the audience.

To justify the use of force against an innocent person, one must build the case that they're a threat to the Republic. The goal of fascists is the dehumanization of their opponent.

In the mind of a fascist, once an opponent is deemed subhuman, the constitution doesn't protect them. You can silence them, take away their weapons, throw them in prison, cut off their finances, starve them and shut down their businesses.

They see us as an existential threat to their way of life and they intend to destroy us.

Our response cannot be violence. For that is the very thing they want. They hope to provoke us to acts of violence and then call us violent extremists [A threat to the Republic.]

We must be wise as serpents and gentle as doves. We don't need to take vengeance against them. They'll be swept out of power when their corruption is exposed in God's perfect timing.

The difference between someone who doesn’t have a clue and someone that knows why our Constitution is so vitally important.
