Russia said on Wednesday the United States must explain what Moscow claims was a military biological programme in Ukraine – an allegation Washington has already dismissed as “absurd” misinformation.
Russian foreign ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said evidence of the alleged programme had been uncovered by Russia during what it calls its military operation in Ukraine, which its forces invaded on Feb. 24. It involved deadly pathogens including plague and anthrax, she said.

A plane carrying President Donald J. Trump last weekend reportedly made an emergency landing in New Orleans after experiencing engine troubles, Politico reported.
Sources tell the outlet that one of the plane’s engines began to fail when crossing the Gulf of Mexico en route to West Palm Beach, Florida, home to President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago estate.

After spending just minutes in the air, the pilot made a decisive call to turn the plane around last Saturday to head back to the New Orleans airport, its point of origin, for a safe landing.
President Trump visited the Louisiana city to headline a Republican National Committee fundraiser last weekend, Politico reported.
However, the 45th president is safe and sound. After changing planes, he made a safe landing in West Palm Beach early Sunday morning.
