The Lazio TAR today released another bomb directed once again against the Draghi regime. The administrative court has in fact decreed that the suspension of the salary for non-vax soldiers is illegitimate and contains various profiles of unconstitutionality.
The no-vax military won the first round against the rule that provides for suspension from work and therefore from the same.
