The Supreme Administrative Court in the Czech Republic has overturned the 2G rule in hotels and restaurants.

The reasoning is interesting:

"It must not be the aim of the measure to indirectly compel citizens to vaccinate," the judges criticized. People should not be sweepingly suspected of having an infection as long as they do not have one.
Any other decision is contrary to fundamental and human rights.
