Yes, the NSA passively collects on everyone. This does not mean “about queries” (or other search types, authorized or not) are being run on you, with your comms pulled for review by human assets. It also does not mean you’re a high priority with automated flags going off when you say the wrong thing… again resulting in analysts reviewing your private messages.

What Tucker is describing is the next level. Someone paying ACTIVE attention to what he’s been texting and emailing because they have an agenda.

How did they get the warrant to run those searches in the first place? That reveals a whole chain of required steps happened.

Lawmakers should immediately be demanding who in the Biden Admin authorized spying on journalists, and how many others were targeted.
