Over 200 protesters marking the one-year anniversary of George Floyd’s death began smashing windows, setting off fireworks at police and throwing bottles.
Portland PD announced an unspecified number of arrests as jewellery stored, coffee shops and Portland Town hall took the brunt of the violence.
Portland has staged over 100 days of consecutive demonstrations in protest at Floyd’s death.
