All Maricopa County voter files were breached.
Only those who were on the protected address list were sent letters. The rest of the public was not sent letters because โtheir information is public recordโ.
Adrian Fontes should have, by law, addressed this because he was still in office.
Why would Adrian Fontes NOT notify the public or those on the protected address list?
Why did Stephen Richer wait until mid-March to notify of the breach?
How were the records accessed?
Exactly what voter information was โgatheredโ?
When was the attack identified?
What steps were taken to โsuccessfullyโ stop the activity?
What โsecurity measuresโ were immediately put into place to prevent this from occurring in the future?

In all 11 Arizona counties for which Dr Frank had data, he is able to predict the number of returned ballots with near perfect accuracy; his predicted values have a 99.2% average correlation with the actual returned ballot numbers. The odds of a human-behavior forecast achieving a near 100% correlation with the actual results is infinitesimal.
Based on his research, Dr Frank estimates that Maricopa County had 200K shadow (fake) ballots. He concludes that โballots are harvested at the precinct level, managed at the county level, and decided at the state level.โ

โก๏ธChinese Rocket Re-enters atmosphere!
Chinese state media has claimed its Long March 5B rocket, which went out of control in space, has crash-landed back to Earth in the Indian Ocean near the Maldives.
After breaking up on its return to the atmosphere, it was estimated that around 10 tons of debris would scatter.
Sightings had been claimed over Oman just before the rocket crashed down. It was around 7 a.m. local time in the Maldives. This is a look at the aerial activity in the area shortly after.
