Let’s work through an example of the lying propaganda media, a corrupt Georgia Secretary of State, and the law of defamation.

1. Start with the lying propaganda. This article is one of several published by the propaganda media on February 2, 2021 falsely accusing me of voter fraud with respect to the November 3, 2020 election.

I have been a resident of Georgia since 1955 (age 3 at the time) and resided in Macon until December 1979.

I resided in Atlanta from December 1979 until I changed my residency to South Carolina on February 1, 2021.

I was a registered voter in Georgia until I registered to vote in South Carolina on March 16, 2021.

2. Note in the February 2 NBC hit piece suggesting that I was under investigation for voter fraud as CONFIRMED by the Georgia Secretary of State, how the propagandists pile on with a summary of the false accusations against me:

“Wood has continued to push numerous baseless conspiracy theories that the presidential election was fraudulent, which led Twitter to suspend his account. The State Bar of Georgia investigated two complaints filed against him and ordered him to undergo a psychiatric evaluation.”

Note the use of the terms “conspiracy theories” and “psychiatric” evaluation.

Sounds really bad doesn’t it!!!

Especially with respect to a pro-Trump lawyer holding a Bible who is also under investigation for being guilty of voter FRAUD!!!

My friends and family must have been going, “Oh no! What has happened to Lin and Dad.”

Guess it was hard for many to see through the fog of the propaganda lies that the only thing that had happened to Lin and Dad was that he was a vocal supporter of President Trump and that he strongly felt that the November 3, 2020 election needed to be investigated for fraud and illegalities.

3. On Telegram on February 1, 2021, I announced that I had changed my residency from Georgia to South Carolina. That was the day before the propaganda hit pieces that were published starting on February 2.

4. In early March, I announced on Telegram that I was considering suing the Georgia Secretary of State for falsely stating that I was under investigation for voter fraud when, in fact, there was no such investigation and I had never committed voter fraud.

That TRUTH must have not fallen on deaf ears at the office of Georgia Secretary of State Brad “Jordy” Raffensperger. He must have panicked since he KNEW his statement was a lie and I was not under investigation. It was just propaganda to smear me and publish a propaganda headline for an article which would also contain other propaganda lies, ending with the idea that I needed “psychiatric” help!

I bet Brad was thinking “What am I going to do? He is right. There is NO investigation!”

Panic sets in because old Brad “Jordy” knows I am a pretty good trial lawyer who is experienced in defamation lawsuits.
