Currently, all Iranian datacenters are experiencing issues with downloads from outside Iran, and unfortunately this is out of our control.

At first, we suspected the problem was limited to our own infrastructure. However, to verify this, we purchased two additional servers in two separate Iranian datacenters, and both showed the exact same behavior.

Downloads work normally inside Iran, but when accessed from outside:

🔴 The connection/handshake completes successfully
🔴 File size is detected correctly
🔴 No data is transferred, and the download remains stuck at 0 KB

This confirms the issue is upstream and nationwide, not related to our servers, configuration, or network setup.

We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide updates as soon as there is any change or official resolution.

We worked continuously during the recent outage and have successfully migrated our servers to one of the best datacenters in Iran. The main issue is now resolved ✅

Some final network configurations are still being applied and will be completed shortly.
