الKetolac و الDeclofenac زي بعض في الefficacy in management of pain in renal colic، بل الDeclofenac أأمن كمان ..

رغم إن الKetolac بصفة عامة مسكن أقوى في حالات تانية، لكن في الrenal colic مفيش significant difference بينه و بين الDeclofenac.

لو عيان جي بDyspnea أو Chest tightness و جيت تنيمه flat عشان تفحصه أو تعمله ECG بقى agitated و مش عايز يثبت، ممكن يبقى عنده Acute Pulmonary Edema و orthopneic عشان بيغرق في الsecretions بتاعته ..

قعّده semi-sitting و كمّل فحصك و هو في الوضع ده، و متجبرش عيان ينام flat لو مش مستريح .. و طبعًا تكون كلمت النايب يجيلك على ما تعمل ده ..

و أي حالة طوارئ و unstable امشي معاها بالABCDE Approach بالترتيب عشان متفوتش حاجة fatal في العيان، و هتلاقوه مشروح بشكل كويس في الفيديو ده، و ليه فيديوهات كتيرة على اليوتيوب:
