Python 3.14 is here with some exciting updates for developers!

The biggest news for most of you is the improved performance for multi-threaded apps thanks to official support for free-threaded Python.

Plus, a new concurrent.interpreters module opens the door for true multi-core parallelism within a single process, offering a new way to write concurrent code that bypasses the GIL for better efficiency.

It’s far from perfect, but this is what I’ve managed to build so far. From here on, I’ll be working on this project seriously not just as a side project, but as a real product.

It might not work out, but it’s worth the shot. Plus, having something big to chase feels amazing.

I never thought of it

AI can write code, debug, and suggest architectures,
but it can’t replace human curiosity and problem-solving.
We might be 3–4 “transformers”-level breakthroughs away from AGI, and for that fact creativity and insight remain uniquely ours, at least for the next 1 decade. And ofc it is just my opinion.
