Hear me out people. I understand how much reading can be boring at times when you can actually go and scroll tiktok or youtube.
I have been down this road at some point. But if you really seek knowledge, if you are really curious about things (be it anythin), there is no substitute for books. You will understand it one way or the other. Im not trying to act like "influencer" or anything, just giving advice for people with less experience than me.

It might be hard to read books all day long, but once the vibe shows up, it will be the most beautiful part of your life.

I'll assure you, the general population will get more dumber in the next 1 or 2 decades. And generative AI will be accountable.

Imagine life before generative AIs. 3 or 4 years ago, you read articles and books to gain specific knowledge and get more useful info along the way.

But now, you just ask generative AI and it tells you an oversimplified answer to your question. No related knowledge gained along the way, no logical or critical thinking involved.

Every drug is a poison and every poison is a drug, what matters is the dosage and the way it is taken and for what it is taken.

Smart people are getting more smart and dumb people more dumb.

It is sad to see art and creativity crumble to the ashes.

Art is dying people, remember the classical times. The reason why we all romanticize old books.

The person who gave down thumb reaction, please list me good authors or poets since 2000 that are better than Dostoyevsky or Franz Kafka or any other classical notable people in the art domain.
