I can never say I lowered my standards. I have never had any just show me for an instant, that I exist and thatβs all I could ask for.
yet still, that was plenty.

Quantum mechanics is the branch of physics that deals with the behavior of very tiny things, like atoms and subatomic particles. Unlike our everyday experience, where objects follow predictable paths (like a ball thrown through the air), particles in the quantumβ¦

There is no strict guideline you should use to go from QM to another field so let me take the one that's more ideal than others.
Special Theory Of Relativity
The Special Theory of Relativity, developed by Einstein, revolves around two key ideas. First, the speed of light is constant for everyone, no matter how fast they are moving or in what direction. This means that light will always travel at the same speed, whether you are moving toward it or away from it, which is different from how other things like sound behave.
The second idea is that time and space are not fixed; they change depending on how fast you're moving. For someone traveling close to the speed of light, time slows down compared to someone standing still. This is called time dilation. Similarly, objects appear to contract in length along the direction of motion when moving at such high speeds, an effect known as length contraction.
These effects only become noticeable at speeds close to the speed of light, but they reveal a deeper connection between time, space, and motion. Essentially, space and time adjust themselves to make the speed of light constant for everyone, which leads to some surprising outcomes, like clocks ticking slower for fast moving objects and distances shrinking as speed increases.

These books should be sufficient for Special Relativity, as it will also be covered in some detail in one of the classical mechanics books.
