❌ تم تعريف "الأصول الافتراضية" بدقة، وتشمل كل أصل رقمي يُستخدم للدفع أو الاستثمار (مثل Bitcoin وUSDT، رغم عدم ذكرهما بالاسم، لكن التعريف يشملهما صراحة).

❌ يُمنع:
• التملك – البيع – الشراء
• التحويل – التعدين – تشغيل المنصات والتعامل من خلالها (مثل Binance وRedotPay)
(إنشاء المنصات ايضا شامل)

❌ التعامل بها يُربط قانونًا بجرائم خطيرة:
• تبييض الأموال
• تمويل الإرـHاب

❌ الحظر يشمل الأفراد والمؤسسات دون استثناء.
