I wish they had a website tho, not just fb.

After the Valley Fire in 2015, I found 211 to be useless. Yet they constantly told us to use it. It mostly connects a person to organizations like United Way, and though they are a household name, they had nothing to provide. I am not sure WHAT they do tbh.

Hello, all. Joy and opportunity!

My fingers have stopped working (and quite painfully).

Due to sheer necessity, I'm in the habit of prioritizing continuous rescue support for others in our network while I am #severelydisabled with zero income. My body's physical survival needs have been compounding unfortunately in arrears.

This morning, I've been describing some challenging (repeating) situations we've found ourselves in.

The deaths of our colleagues are preventable.

The human trafficking we are monitoring is preventable.

I somehow don't think it's ironic at all (?) that often, a way we can prevent these horrible things is also a way we can all feel better most effortlessly.
