"I am in need of cooling foods, and foods that calm the neuroinflammation. I need new blankets so the pollution can be washed off these by hand its impossible. I need more cooling pads as ice packs usually are too cold to use and any wrapper exposed to air is seem story as blankets. I scream nearly 24/7. I cant sleep anymore nor really eat or exist. Please help urgently"

Coca cola 2 euros large bottle, less for smaller for my popsicles as there are no commercial popsicles sold as its january. I also react to most easily popsicled fruit

Celery 99 cents when on sale but its one of my safest vegetables and the pets also love it
Broccoli 99 cents to 2.50 depending on size and if for sale or not, and see above
Cauliflower 2 to 3 euros, see above
Blankets 15-20 euros
Cooling pads vary based on what can be bought where, and having suitable blankets, more medication (currently running low on quite a bit including baclofen) and better air quality help t bring usage down.
Unfortunately I have been in crisis since the fireworks started and really bad air quality has been predicted so the cooling pads cost about 80 a day. This is obviously not sustainable but what is even less sustainable than that is me getting burned to a crisp here (my skin turns red and eventually bruises, muscles twitch and cant stop) as has been going on for a month.
I cant function I cant even focus thoughts anymore often so I cant coordinate getting to safety.
Need to fight this crisis first
