Bathroom sink has been filled with water for 2 or 3 days now and it will not drain

the downstairs bathroom is inaccessible to me because it has not been cleaned in a long time and so now in addition to getting much sicker and endangering myself every time I use my bathroom upstairs, I cannot use the bathroom downstairs if I am downstairs or if I am upstairs and cannot bear to use the upstairs bathroom, there is no other bathroom for me when my whole day every few minutes is some kind of bathroom or detox emergency and I am forced into this bathroom over and over again and I can't see and I can't move my body reliably and I can't avoid the huge broken shards of glass on the floor
