so the above is information about why we need people to help us type and help us talk through things urgently. Bullet points would be great but mostly I just want to get to the solutions to this so that I can have my medicine and be okay. I am in an increasingly dangerous cycle now while I try to figure out how to get it. But I do not have enough medicine to make it a safe figuring.
