And each time I catch up on the messages in that space I write a very brief little diary entry in What's Happening to say what I saw or reflected because I am following and mentally participating in those spaces

We need at least one volunteer for each space, because most of our spaces do not have the ability yet to share their broadcasts directly themselves

This is a great way for someone to get to know the network, learn more about what is happening, and find easy ways to participate that immediately bring money and other resources into survivors' communities.

Physical symptoms too severe for me to make words about them until I have more support, it hurts my body and can kill me if I try to repeat my symptoms to others when it is not a good time for my body

this is why I broadcast to public spaces so that each time I say my symptoms it will get to as many people as possible because it makes me so sick to repeat them

I've have had to come off almost all mainstream medical medications because body so sensitive

I use natural methods almost exclusively because the solutions offered by medical industry kept hurting and killing me

I must make sure I do not have toxins or toxic elements in my environment, including furniture upholstery building materials foods air quality and similar

Once we decreased the toxic load enough all of my conditions and symptoms dropped significantly and some of them went away and have not come back
