This year, we are honored to collaborate on "Redefine Possible: Tech & Leadership Event 2025", a celebration of innovation and empowerment held at Capstone ALX ETHIOPIA Tech Hub in honor of International Women's Day’s (IWD) 2025.
Organized by SheCodes AASTU, GDG On Campus AASTU, and Women Techmakers (WTM) Ethiopia, in collaboration with ALX Ethiopia, the event was sponsored by ALX ETHIOPIA, MMCY Tech, UNICEF, and Helder Technologies.
The program featured dynamic discussions, including a panel on “Breaking Barriers in Tech and Freelancing” with inspiring leaders Hana Terefe, Elroe Tadele, Bethelehem Mulugeta, and Hawi Kebebew. A second panel, “Women in Leadership and Entrepreneurship”, highlighted the insights of Samiya Abdulkadir Godu (She/her) , a renowned advocate and icon in Ethiopia’s startup ecosystem.
We are proud to recognize Merkebt Solomon, a former intern from our company, who played a key role as one of the event coordinators.
Through this collaboration, we were able to acquire talents as interns and then develop into a team

- Collaborate with directors, producers, and software teams to plan and execute shoots.
- Set up lighting, audio, and other equipment to achieve the desired aesthetic.
