If we are to understand the message of Scripture, we need to know to whom Scripture pertains. As a foundation, we shall start with Adam, the progenitor of mankind. According to Genesis 1, Adam was the pinnacle of God's Creation, and was appointed as its steward (v26-28).
His name in Hebrew, אדם not only means man, Strong's H120, H121; but also bears the meaning of 'ruddy' and 'to show blood (in the face), i.e. flush or turn rosy' H119. The root being "dām" דם H1818
The color pertaining to ruddiness is a rosy red, the complexion characterized by ones' cheeks turning red with humility - a physical characteristic exclusive to the pale skin of the White race. Only unpigmented skin would allow for the hue of blood rushing to the face to be visible, eliciting that ruddy White look.
Unless one wishes to invoke fallacious ideas like evolution into the mix, there is no chance that any of Adam's progeny could be of any other race unless through adulteration.
