CALCIUMS & HEART CONDITIONS (like arrhythmia, myocarditis) & PEROXYNITRITE
for MH
How might enzymes of oxidation and nitric oxide, and calcium channel blockers, and excess calciums, and electromagnetic frequencies *all* contribute to cardiovascular events, like arrhythmias (which are a kind of myocarditis)? These papers and diagrams illustrate the complexities of why something as seemingly innocuous as calcium supplementation, or as risky as a COVID jab, can manifest vastly differently in each of us.

Peroxynitrite is a Major Contributor to Cytokine-induced Myocardial Contractile Failure
This paper is 20 years old, published before nutrigenomics, functional genomics became a thing. In a salivary DNA test, you can see variants you may have in the genes that make enzymes like nitric oxide synthase (NOS), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and many more. These are indications of levels of nitric oxide and peroxynitrite and how well you can handle injections of toxins (endotoxins)

“We have previously shown that endotoxemia leads to the expression of inducible, Ca2+-independent NO synthase (iNOS) in cardiac muscle.”

NEURODEGENERATION (AD, MS) & NFKb
Software by NutriGenetic Research Institute which I use in my practice, created maps to illustrate the info in this 2015 paper (see above posts with screen shots of NFkb, TNFa, SIRT1). Very geeky stuff, but insightful, as we look at rates of AD at 1:1, per Dr Zach Bush, and how to avoid and reverse neurodegeneration.

CALCIUM/CALMODULIN & POTENTIAL ROOT CAUSES OF ERRATIC BLOOD PRESSURE, HEART ARRHYTHMIA
includes disruption of biopterin (BH4) leading to peroxynitrite (called ‘NOS uncoupling’j that can be induced by radiation, or small changes in calcium levels. Peroxynitrite can cause arrhythmia (see previous posts). Heavy metals like aluminum can block BH4, causing NOS uncoupling, creating peroxynitrite.

Nurses liable for patient harm carried out under physicians' orders, North Carolina court rules

“Nurses in North Carolina can now be sued for patient harm that results from them following physicians' orders, the state Supreme Court ruled last month.

The Aug. 19 ruling strikes down a 90-year-old precedent set by the 1932 case Byrd v. Marion General Hospital, which protected nurses from culpability for obeying and executing orders from a physician or surgeon, unless the order was obviously negligent.”
