Brown’s Gas is similar to the NanoVi hydrogen-based device. I had access to the NanoVi at my wellness retreat in Maine and loved it, though I could never get a clear explanation from its creator on how it worked. (Drinking hydrogen tablets in water can get you to the same place, at much less cost.)
