MORE ON HEMOLYSIS, G6PD ... OZONE, HIGH-DOSE VIT C (as ascorbic acid) CAN BACKFIRE This paper released in January 2022 in Transfusion Medicine "New-Onset Methemoglobinemia After Receiving Ozone Autohemotherapy and High-Dose Vitamin C" Injectionhttps://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S0887796321000547?via%3Dihub "Ozone autohemotherapy is thought to be safe and benefit on antioxidative/immune regulations and musculoskeletal disorders. However, previous animal studies pointed out the potential risk of hemolysis or even methemoglobinemia[1]. High-dose vitamin C is often used for nutrition supplement but not recommending for patients with risk of hemolysis[2]. Since the 2therapies are widely applicated for elders or patients with cancer; therefore, the potential adverse events of hemolysis problems should be considered more carefully, especially for patients with hemolytic tendency (ie, G6PD patients). In this letter, we aim to report a G6PD patients suffered a new-onset methemoglobinemia after receiving ozone autohemotherapy and high-dose vitamin C injection."
MORE ON HEMOLYSIS, G6PD ... IVs of VIT C "High dose vitamin C induced methemoglobinemia and hemolytic anemia in glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency" https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32561141/ Investigational use of intravenous vitamin C has been on the rise, but its side effects may be underreported. A 75-year-old woman presented with acute onset of jaundice, dark urine and shortness of breath after receiving 30 g of vitamin C infusion as an unconventional therapy for her hemifacial spasm. Diagnosis of methemoglobinemia and hemolytic anemia was made clinically and confirmed on laboratory tests. She recovered with supportive treatment and packed cell transfusion. Her previously unrecognised underlying condition of glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PD) deficiency was confirmed months after the initial presentation. This is the first reported case of methemoglobinemia and hemolytic anemia induced by high dose vitamin C in a female patient with G6PD deficiency. The dosage of vitamin C administered was also relatively low compared with previous adult reports. When administered at physiological dose, vitamin C can be used as an alternative to methylene blue in treatment of methemoglobinemia in patients with G6PD deficiency. However at supraphysiological dose vitamin C can paradoxically lead to hemolytic anemia in the same group of patients. Physicians should be alert of these potential complications of high dose vitamin C. "

HIGH DOSE VITAMIN C USED AS ALTERNATIVE TO METHYLENE BLUE ... from a previous post on GOUTY ARTHRITIS , G6PD ENZYME "When clinically feasible, rasburicase, primaquine, dapsone, pegloticase, and methylene blue should not be used until a G6PD diagnostic test has been performed.”
HEME OXYGENASE (HMOX) blocks mast cells which release histamine, and supports bilirubin, which acts as an anti-oxidant, blocking peroxidation of lipids. Bilirubin can also, however, be too high! In addition to jaundice, symptoms can include nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, boating, unintentional weight loss, headaches, confusion, fatigue, drowsiness.
BILIRUBIN’S HEALTH BENEFITS ... METABOLIC, CARDIOVASCULAR
It reduces neurotoxicity by scavenging superoxide (superoxide/O2 increases NMDA receptors and is involved in many common metabolic and cardiovascular health disorders)
Bilirubin inhibits depletion of NADPH oxidase (NOX), an enzyme used in many ways to detoxify the body but also inflammatory.
“People with higher levels of bilirubin in the blood may be better protected against conditions and events such as heart failure, heart attack or stroke.”

Antioxidant bilirubin works in multiple ways to reduce risk for obesity and its health complications
Gilbert syndrome (GS) is a common genetic variant in which plasma unconjugated bilirubin levels are elevated throughout life, in the absence of hepatic pathology. 1 This typically reflects decreased hepatic capacity for conjugation of bilirubin coupled with…
From HEME TO BILIRUBIN (off to the right, glycine is needed to make heme in an eight-step process), and below, is G6PD feeding in to the heme enzyme, HMOX. Note that glutathione also needs glycine; glycine and glyphosate (RoundUp) are chemically similar and it is possible that glyphosate interferes with making heme (which carries oxygen). The heavy metals and chemicals in the jabs also interfere with heme/bilirubin.

HEME, KREBS, NAD+ / NADPH SUPPLEMENTS, I'm sharing these supplements as an fyi to improve dietary intake of nutrients. For example, Camu Camu is an excellent source of Vitamin C, and pterostilbene is found in blueberries. Hops, rosemary, turmeric, resveratrol, and the like, can be added to the diet. Most of the people who come to functional genomics are very sick with complicated health issues. They are likely to already eat clean and to have reduced toxins in their environments, and know how their bodies respond to different foods and compounds. NOTE: I post information about the biochemistry of inflammation and detoxification for educational purposes. I do not sell or prescribe supplements.

Last one for tonight— brilliant comment from @johnblaid on my recent sub-stack article:
“One side stands for the truth which is that there is a lack of scientific evidence for the existence of "viruses", the other side turns a blind eye to the truth because of various reasons, that is the difference and the true divide here. Do we stand for the truth or do we not?
Claiming that this issue is irrelevant shows me that you fail to recognize the consequences of this lie because this isn't just about the existence of "viruses", this is about so much more than that.
So what are some of the ramifications of non-existent “viruses”?
- There are no deaths or illnesses attributed to “viruses”
- There are no mutations, variants or strains of “viruses”
- There are no “spike proteins”
- There are no valid tests for “viruses” like antigen, antibody or PCR tests
- There are no valid statistics related to “viruses” like “infection rates”, cases or mortality rates
- There is no such thing as “herd immunity”, “natural immunity“ or “immunity“
- The real purpose of “antibodies” more properly called globulins is something else entirely
- There are no reasons to fear your friends, family, neighbors and fellow men and women
- There are people getting harmed and killed because of misdiagnosis and mistreatment in hospitals and care homes
- There are no justifications for injections that are experimental or otherwise
- There are no justifications for the creation of policies, recommendations and laws based on non-existent “viruses”
- There are no justifications for the wearing of masks, social distancing, self isolation, forced isolation and restriction of travel
- There are no justifications for shutting down businesses and the economy
- There are no justifications for a “health pass” or “vaccine passport”
- The real reasons behind these symptoms wrongfully attributed to “viruses” have never been seriously investigated and addressed where no real prevention can occur
I would also point out that it's entirely possible to focus on the "virus" issue and stand against the injections, in fact, you have a lot better foundation to stand on when arguing against toxic injections if you understand the "virus" issue. Why? Because no injection past, present or future can ever be safe or be made safe where there are only unnecessary risks of harm and death involved. In other words, the safety and efficacy of injections becomes irrelevant once you understand the "virus" issue since the injections lack a solid scientific foundation to stand on.
This is what too many people fail to recognize where people waste countless of hours on irrelevant debates about their safety and efficacy. So ask yourself this, what is the point of having any injection when they can't possibly help you against that which lacks scientific evidence of even existing? Isn't that the most solid argument against these injections?
Unless we address the "virus" issue once and for all we will forever be fighting against various injections like people have already done for centuries.”

“It’s not popular to tell the truth in healthcare.” (The term ‘drug’ applies to IVs and supplements when used like pill-for-an-ill pHarma drugs.)
SPICES OF LIFE FOR METABOLIC HEALTH
Studies show that spices feed healthy microbiota, the lack of which contributes to neurodegeneration (such as multiple sclerosis) and metabolic disease (such as diabetes and cardiovascular disease).
Recently, I made lamb with a Middle Eastern spice, Baharat, a blend of black pepper, cumin, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, paprika, coriander and cardamom, and a vegetable medley with elephant garlic and garam masala, a northern Indian spice blend of coriander, cumin, black pepper, mace, cloves, cardamon, coriander, and bay leaves. These spices are known to have health benefits singularly, and amplified in specific combinations. My favorite tea is chai, which I make from scratch using black tea and cardamon, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper. These spices are similar to those used in the broth for VietNamese pho which begins with roasting fresh ginger over a flame, then heating it in a pan with star anise, peppercorns, cinnamon sticks, nutmeg and cardamon.
