The same enzyme that clears organophosphates and pesticides is also needed to make a lipoprotein that clears toxins in the blood, HDL (with which everyone ought to be familiar.). If you are using up a lot of PON1 to deal with a heavy toxic burden, then you are running down the amount of this enzyme that you have to make HDL. You are chewing up glutathione, the master anti-oxidant. See how that works? The medical industry will say that variants in this gene, that makes this enzyme, will lead to heart disease. They will never talk about your toxic burden from injections or exposure to pesticides, organophosphate. No, it is your “bad genes” that can’t make “good” cholesterol.

“PON1 is responsible for hydrolysing organophosphate pesticides and nerve gasses. Polymorphisms in the PON1 gene significantly affect the catalytic ability of the enzyme.[10]
PON1 (paraoxonase 1) is also a major anti-atherosclerotic component of high-density lipoprotein (HDL).[11][12] The PON1 gene is activated by PPAR-γ, which increases synthesis and release of paraoxonase 1 enzyme from the liver, reducing atherosclerosis.[13]”

These screenshots are from the software I use to see how well someone is designed to manage toxins, oxidative stress, metabolites, inflammation, detoxification.
Here we are looking at the biochemical pathway that manages oxalates. The color coding shows me where there may be some issues with clearing oxalates.
Here there are a few heterozygous variants in the genes that make a few of those enzymes (AGXT, HOGA1, SHMT). I can see if oxalates are showing up in urine with an organic acids test (the OAT).
Zoom in on the graphics and you will see that AGXT makes glycine which is one of the three amino acids needed to make glutathione. Glyphosate (Round Up) can look like glycine to the body, and when they get mistaken, you may not make enough glutathione; glyphosate can lead to high oxalates.
For someone who is genetically not so great at making glycine/glutathione, and is creating excess oxalates... eating clean, limiting high oxalate foods and avoiding injections is a good idea.
