A report out of Harvard explains how people with variants in a UGT (glucuronidation) gene/enzyme that clears bilirubin should NOT take a specific 'AIDS' drug because it inhibits this enzyme and will shoot up levels of bilirubin in these people who are genetically (already) predisposed to high levels. It is a common variant in African Americans. A client of mine is homozygous on three of these UGT1A1 genes. The drug ends in 'ivir' which got me thinking about REMDESIVIR. Sure enough, that drug screws with the first line detox enzymes (CYP) and several UGT genes. I can't open this document but suspect it is a treasure trove of indicting factoids about Fauci's fave drug.
DOCX Australian public assessment report for Remdesivir
"Remdesivir is an inhibitor of cytochrome P450 enzyme family 3 subfamily A (CYP3A), several uridine 5'-diphospho-glucuronosyltransferase (UGT) enzymes (UGT1A1, 1A3, 1A4, 1A9, 2B7) and transporters organic anion transporting polypeptide 1B1 (OATP1B1), organic anion transporting polypeptide 1B3 (OATP1B3), multidrug resistance-associated protein 4 .
Fooled me once already, Fauci. And scared the shit out of me. Never again.
