An English doctor had similiar observations of blood in July and later French scientists also had similiar observations.
Please then see Mik Andersen's analysis of the German data in late August.
Andersen took Campra's work and hypothesized re: self assembling nanotech.
These are his findings in attached .pdf. Later Quinta and Campra presented their conclusive evidence of micro routers and other nanotech in early January.
