I love starting my day with a big glass of hot lemon water - and I love it even more with ginger! It’s a great way to hydrate and wake up my body in the morning, and it’s delicious!

The only downside is every morning you have to juice a lemon AND peel ginger, which isn’t ideal if you want something quick and easy 🫠

These lemon ginger ice cubes are a game changer because you can store them in the freezer and just pop one in some hot water! You can also add them to ice water for a refreshing drink anytime of the day πŸ™Œβœ¨

What to do:
- Slice the peels off 2 lemons and add a 4 inch piece of ginger to juicer
- If you don’t have a juicer, you can blend it and strain out the pulp
- Add to ice cube trays and freeze!
