What should I do if my knees hurt?

It is very important to increase the amount of joint fluid in your knees. To do this, there are 2 very simple but useful exercises.

Exercise 1. Sit on the floor, straighten your legs forward. Take the kneecap with your fingers. Start moving it up and down. Even if it moves a couple of millimeters, keep going. Do 15-20 repetitions on each leg.

Exercise 2. The starting position remains the same. Now you need to move the cup from left to right. If it goes worse to some side, stay there for a couple of seconds. Also perform 15-20 repetitions.
