2. Pour the remaining juice from the 32 oz bottle (about 3 cups) into a pot on the stove over medium heat *NOT boiling hot*
3. When the juice heats up after a few minutes, transfer the bloomed gelatin from the other bowl into the pot- then add the coconut cream πŸ₯₯
4. Stir until all the clumps dissolve
5. Pour hot liquid into a tray (option to use silicone mold)
6. Carefully transfer the tray into the fridge & let it refrigerate for 2-4 hours (or until it’s a jello texture!)
7. Cut into cubes! 1 batch lasts me about 5-7 days. Store in fridge. I keep them in the same tray or transfer the cut up cubes to glass container

PS. I didn’t anticipate it, but the coconut cream/milk separated naturally to the top (whoops lol). I personally love the way it tastes. Adding this type of healthy fat is great for balancing blood sugar + keeping you fuller for longer!!!

What should I do if my knees hurt?
