1 cup filtered water

Juice from 1/2 lemon

1/2 tsp ground ginger powder

1 1/2 Tbsp of grass-fed gelatin + 1/3 cup water

Add first 4 ingredients to a small saucepan over low heat. In a small dish, add gelatin to 1/3 cup water and allow it to β€œbloom” for 2 minutes. Add that to the saucepan and stir for another minute. Transfer mixture into silicone molds (or you can pour it all in a glass dish if you don’t have molds). Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm. Remove from molds (or slice into cubes if using one glass dish). Store in the refrigerator or freezer and use as needed.
