How to Drink:
โ€ผ๏ธDonโ€™t drink it all at onceโ€”itโ€™s a diuretic! With herbs, small doses frequently are best. I like having ยฝ cup of cleavers cold infusion every few hours throughout the day for gentle, ongoing support.

Storage: You could probably keep it in the fridge, covered, for one additional day maximum - but I prefer to make it fresh each day. Weโ€™re trying to capture the fresh essence of the plant ... thereโ€™s no point in keeping it longer, plus, it might go off!
Fresh is best.
