Alzheimers:
Additional Clinical Trial Details:
• Trial Name and Scope: The TRAILBLAZER-ALZ 2 trial (Phase 3) was a double-blind, placebo-controlled study conducted globally, focusing on early Alzheimer’s patients with confirmed amyloid pathology via PET scans. It built on earlier trials, refining dosing and patient selection.
The trial reported amyloid-related imaging abnormalities (ARIA), including brain swelling (24% of patients) and micro-bleeding (31%), though most cases were mild and resolved over time. Five MRI scans were required to monitor side effects, ensuring patient safety.
Cost and Access: At $32,000 annually, Kisunla is pricier than Leqembi ($26,500), but its limited-duration dosing may reduce overall costs. Medicare covers it for eligible patients, though logistical hurdles like MRI availability could slow adoption.
Ongoing Research: Lilly’s TRAILBLAZER-ALZ 3 (prevention in preclinical AD) and ALZ 5 (enrolling in Korea) trials continue to explore donanemab’s potential, alongside ALZ 6, which investigates ARIA mechanisms and alternative dosing.
Are Alzheimer’s research advances, ongoing trials like TRAILBLAZER-ALZ 3 and 5 explore prevention and broader applications, promising a brighter future? What are your thoughts on balancing innovation with access to life-changing treatments?

Hello everyone. This Carolina. I will be managing this channel moving forward. The team is going to focus on our Substack and I will continue to investigate the Medical Industrial Complex and hold them accountable.
My advice to you: I want you to never visit a hospital without instructions to a loved one written down, emailed to your family and a filled out signed notarized power of attorney, additionally you must have a healthcare trusted surrogate ahead of time. Selected some one who you trust with your life and make sure they follow your wishes.
With this said, I am currently in a legal battle to restore Dr. Urso his bodily autonomy and freedom to choose his care and treatments. This has taken a toll on my life since the accusations in court against me are baseless and go against Dr. Urso’s wishes. I plan to continue fighting for his freedom of choice.
I am currently representing myself, but if you know a good lawyer who wants to help me free Dr. Urso please text me at 281-310-0696.
