ለ10 ሺ የጤና ባለሙያዎች የመኖሪያ ቤቶችን ገንብቶ ማስረከብ የሚያስችል ቅድመ ሁኔታዎችን እያደረገ መሆኑን የጤና ሚኒስቴር አስታወቀ።
ሚኒስቴሩ መኖሪያ ቤቶችን ገንብቶ ለማስረከብ በሚያስችሉ ሁኔታዎች ላይ ከ’ጎጆ ብሪጅ ሀውሲንግ’ ኃላፊነቱ የተወሰነ የግል ማህበር ጋር ውይይት አድርጓል።
ሚኒስትር ዴኤታው ዶክተር አየለ ተሾመ እንዳሉት፤ በአገሪቱ የሚገኙ የጤና ባለሙያዎች የመኖሪያ ቤት ጥያቄ ረዥም ዓመት የቆየ ነው።
የተዘጋጀው የቤት ግንባታ ፕሮግራም የጤና ባለሙያዎችን የመኖሪያ ቤት ችግር ለመፍታት የሚረዳና የባለሙያዎቹን የረዥም ጊዜ ጥያቄ የሚመልስ ነው ሲሉ አስረድተዋል።
ፕሮግራሙ የጤና ባለሙያዎች በአነስተኛ ወርሃዊ የቁጠባ ሒሳብ የቤት ባለቤት የሚሆኑበትን ለመፍጠር የሚያስችል እንደሆነም ገልጸዋል።
የ’ጎጆ ብሪጅ ሀውሲንግ’ ኃላፊነቱ የተወሰነ የግል ማህበር ዋና ሥራ አስኪያጅ አልማው ጋሪ በበኩላቸው፤ ግንባታው ተመጣጣኝ እና የዘመኑን የግንባታ ቴክኖሎጂ ታሳቢ ባደረገ መልኩ ይከናወናል ብለዋል።
በዚህም ድርጅቱ በአዲስ አበባ ከተማ ሊሰራ ካቀደው 100 ሺህ መኖሪያ ቤቶች ውስጥ 10 ሺህ ቤቶችን ለጤና ሙያተኞች በአምስት ዓመት ገንብቶ ለማስረከብ እቅድ ይዟል።
እቅዱ እንደ አጠቃላይ በከተማዋ ያለውን የመኖሪያ ቤቶች ችግር በመቀነስ ረገድ ትልቅ እገዛ የሚያደርግ መሆኑንም ገልጸዋል።
