President Biden has declared that the "pandemic is over," yet, the Department of Justice continues to appeal the verdict on our case that revoked the federal travel mask mandate on April 18. Oral arguments will be heard on January 17 in Miami. So while the case is still very much alive, the CDC and the TSA cannot enforce any mask mandate.
