Informed consent to medical treatment is fundamental in both ethics and law. It is the process by which a health care provider educates a patient about the risks, benefits, and alternatives of a particular procedure or intervention. The patient must be competent to make a voluntary decision about whether to be subjected to the procedure or intervention. It is the responsibility of the provider to make it clear that it is the patient's choice, to actively involve them in the decision and to avoid a situation whereby the patient feels forced to concur with the provider.

Experts say that a deeply flawed study was used to justify the mask mandate in Santa Clara County, California.

As many of you know, our successful lawsuit revoked the federal travel mask mandate. The Biden Administration has chosen to appeal the verdict, however we are confident that it won't be overturned. Meanwhile, Santa Clara County has sued a church in California’s Silicon Valley (Calvary Chapel in San Jose) for 3 million dollars in fines over COVID-19 mandate violations, as well as its prior mask mandate. The church allowed parishioners to choose whether or not to wear a mask. Critics say that the county's mask mandate, which has since been lifted, was based on a study that’s deeply flawed. Apartheid is an Afrikaans word that means "separateness" or literally "apart-hood" (from the Afrikaans suffix —heid). Medical apartheid is a form of social discrimination that deems "unvaccinated" people as inferior to those who are vaccinated and therefore expendable and not worthy of the same freedoms.

Some countries that implemented medical apartheid only allowed vaccinated people to leave their homes. Non vaccinated people were not allowed to leave or travel freely. Similarly people have only been allowed entry to concerts, restaurants, schools, universities and other public places based on their vaccination status ... and, of course, denied employment if they refuse to be jabbed.

Medical apartheid is also the name of a book — Medical Apartheid: The Dark History of Medical Experimentation on Black Americans from Colonial Times to the Present.

Yes, it is true, folks. If one sheep jumps over a cliff, the others are likely to follow. Even from birth, lambs are conditioned to follow the older members of the flock. This instinct is “hard-wired” into sheep. This photo exemplifies what we've been pressured to do — act like sheep who follow the herd blindly. These are the words of Dr. Paul Offit, MD when asked to vote on FDA approval for the new COVID boosters. In fact, he said he would have chosen "hell no" if it were an option. He said there is no evidence of the benefits and was very surprised by the decision to move forward with such scant data. He felt like the panel was led to a predetermined outcome and described it as "the fix was in"— despite a critical lack of information. He also said that the FDA has chosen not to consult with the advisory panel he is a part of which results in lack of transparency to the American public, which he thinks is unfair. Who is Dr. Paul Offit? A major proponent of vaccines for decades ... so for him to vote no, intensifies the sound of alarms.

Continuation of previous post: Paul Offit is a pediatrician who specializes in infectious diseases and is a self-proclaimed  expert on vaccines. He is the co-inventor of a rotavirus vaccine. Offit is the Maurice R. Hilleman professor at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania and director of The Vaccine Education Center at  Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP). Offit is currently a member of National Institutes of Health (NIH) as part of a team of experts assembled to combat COVID-19. He is also a member of the FDA's advisory committee focused on vaccines and related products (VRBPAC). Previously, he was a member of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices. Offit is a board member of Vaccinate Your Family, The Franklin Institute, and Autism Science Foundation.  "You Bet Your Life" is his twelfth book.
